Requirements
- Responsible for entire customer journey; answering questions and follow-up
- Keep CRM and email up to date; properly filling out all details and notes
- Develop and generate new customers/clients interested in J&R Marketing services and products
- Request/work with design team related to product/apparel mock ups and design options
- Assist with showroom walk-ins; greeting customers, product selection & pricing
- Responsible for keeping showroom organized and up to date with latest products
- Responsible for merchandising showroom; working with distributors to receive latest products based on seasonality
- Assist with our internal marketing needs to achieve lead and sales goals
- Occasionally visit customers to assist with sales and orders (pick-up, deliver, general visit, etc.)
