What we do at J&R

J&R works with businesses to help them become the strongest and best branded business they can be, and we do this a few different ways. J&R marketing offers website design, website management, digital marketing services (Social Media Management, Search Engine Optimization) and offers an extensive 500,000 custom products and apparel which are customized with our clients brand.

We recently opened a new showroom located in Cranston, RI and are seeking to hire both local and remote account managers. (In addition to some strategic partnerships with organizations that want to maximize their extensive network and client base.)

Our account managers are responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with our clients, they not only generate new business but ensure that the clients they are assigned are responded to promptly and are provided with a high quality service.

What makes a great Account Manager?

  • A friendly, outgoing personality, and the ability to learn.
  • An established network and the ability to steer people in the right direction.
  • The desire to help, improve, solve problems and happily provide solutions.

What is a day with J&R Marketing like?

Our showroom is open six days a week, but account managers are not required to work from within the office. However, our office does include three 60 inch flat screen tv’s, a lounge area, office games, and a massage chair.

The average account manager divides their time between generating new accounts, managing their current accounts and inputting orders into our state of the art system. When an account manager first gets started, it starts with learning our business and generating new accounts, however that slowly transfers to become account manager to support their clients – and less sales overall.

For our strategic partnerships with businesses instead of individual account managers we offer a rewarding partnership that allows relationships to be developed, businesses to receive amazing services and our partner to receive residual income that continues to grow.
