Learn about our process:
1.1. Contact us for pricing/questions on a product OR browse our online store until you find a product.
2. You can order your products on our website or call us to place the order. We’ll assign and confirm the date you need your product by and review your order with you.
3. We can setup or design your artwork if needed or you can send it to us, for us to apply it on your particular product. We offer free graphic design services for many products.
4. Once you approve your order, we’ll place it into production and inform you of the scheduled ship date. Your products will be delivered to your location free of charge!
5. Typically we find most people are happy and repeat steps 1-4 for future orders, so we thought we’d add a step number 5.

As a full service marketing and promotional company based out of Rhode Island, we understand that businesses have budgets they need to stay within. All of our products and services focus on being results driven but also competitively priced.
If you find the same promotional product for a better final price* from one of our competitors we will match that price. All we ask is that you provide us with the quote in writing.
A better final price indicates the total price, this is a better total pricing including shipping, setup charges and any additional fees.
Many promotional product companies price their products in a way so you think you will be spending less then you actually are. They offer a competitive price per piece but at the end of your order they could be charging you a higher setup fee, an artwork fee or shipping fee.
At J&R Marketing we make sure you know all of the costs associated with your order up-front. For most orders we offer:
Free Basic Artwork Setup – When you order products from us, we offer free general artwork setup and graphic design services - free of charge. As long as you send us your logo or any assets needed, we'll setup your artwork for no extra charge to you. We will also edit it per your request if needed. Our graphic design department has over 7 years of professional graphic design experience.
Free Shipping – Most orders are shipped and delivered to you for no extra charge.
Setup Fee’s upfront – We make sure you know what the setup charge for every order is before you purchase it. We typically waive the setup fee for first time customers.

Where is J&R Marketing located?
We are based out of Johnston, Rhode Island. We are available for in person meetings via scheduled consultations or appointments. We are always free during normal business hours to discuss your product or orders via the phone or email.
How long does it take for products to come in?
Every product varies on the time in which we can produce it. Blank products with no customization we can typically provide to you within 24 business hours. For custom products a typical turnaround can be 1-2 weeks, however we do have numerous products that we can produce in 1-3 business days.
What costs are associated with promotional products?
All promotional products, regardless of what promotional product company you work with have 3 standard costs associated with them. The cost per product (this price depends on the product and the quality you request), a setup charge (This fee is associated with setting up your products and artwork to print) and the shipping/delivery cost to your location.
At J&R Marketing we typically offer free artwork setup for numerous products and free shipping and delivery on most orders.
I’m trying to find a specific product, can someone help me?
We are always happy to help! At J&R Marketing every order you place with us, even if it is on our website will result in a follow up from someone from our firm. We find most businesses have questions before placing their order regarding cost, delivery time and specifics about a product. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
Does J&R Marketing offer refunds?
Due to the nature of custom products we typically do not offer refunds unless we deliver a product that does not meet expectations or is defective. If we provide non-printed items to you and the items are still new, we do offer refunds. We always recommend asking any specific questions about refunds prior to placing your order.
Is there a minimum for the number of products?
All products and items that we carry all come with different minimums. The minimum of products are based on the type of item, how they are cased and how difficult they are to print. Some products have a minimum of 12 pieces, while others have a minimum of 500 pieces.
Do you offer a discount for purchasing multiple products at once?
Yes, we offer volume discounts on the number of products that you purchase per item. On occasion, we also offer discounts for placing multiple orders at once.

Getting Started with Products
Prior to looking for promotional products or custom apparel, you should attempt to narrow down your search as there are thousands of products to choose from. Starting with determining the goal of the products, how soon you need them and your budget is a great place to start. If you can't find the right product or need help choosing a product, contact us.
For those that already know the product and price point they are looking for, focusing on the number of products and imprint/message should provide you with enough direction to move forward with your order.
Placing your Order
Now that you know the product you would like to buy or have narrowed your choice down, you can connect with us by calling us directly, filling out our contact form or emailing us. Alternatively you can purchase the products directly on our promotional product store if you'd like.
After Placing your Order
Regardless if you place your order online or by speaking to us, you should be prepared to have the answer to the following questions:
What type of imprint would you like on the products?
Will you be providing the artwork or will J&R Marketing need to recreate it?
Provide the date you must have the product by (if needed)
Artwork and Proof Approval
Once your order has been placed and your products have been selected, your artwork will need to be setup and approved. Regardless if you created your artwork or if we created it, we'll provide you with a final proof before we print it. You will be able to view your artwork a final time for approval to see how it will print. Once approved, we will move your order into production.
Completion & Delivery
Prior to production we will inform you your order is going into production and provide you with an estimated ship date. Your order will then be shipped and delivered directly to your location.
