How do I place an order? To place an order, you can search or browse products within our Promotional Product online store. Once you find the product you are interested in, select order now and follow the checkout process. During checkout you will be able to select the quantity, color, upload your artwork (or have us create it), select where you would like the product delivered to and pay for your order. Do you provide samples? Yes. Please contact us directly for a blank or imprinted sample. Please note: We do not provide printed samples with your company logo.I can't find a product, can you help me?Of course. You can contact us 9am-7pm EST with any questions that you may have. After hours? Fill out our Contact Form and we will get back to you within 1 business day. Can I order below minimum?While all products offer different minimums, for certain products we can offer below the minimum, please contact us with specific questions regarding minimums for certain products.
How do I upload my artwork? During the checkout process you have the option to upload your artwork or have us create your artwork for you. We have our own upload tool that will allow you to upload the artwork directly from your PC.Can you create my artwork for me?Yes, we have a full design team that can create your artwork for you. While artwork setup, like placing a phone number, email address, slogan or website is free – there are charges that apply to brochure design and other design services.What type of format should I upload my artwork in? ShippingWhen will I receive my order? During the checkout process you can select in An Hands Date this is the day that you need to receive your order on. If you have any questions about receiving your product or the status of your order you can contact us directly by calling 401-326-2932.I need my order right away, do you offer rush services?Yes, we do offer rush services. In some cases there is no charge for this service but each product is different. If you have a In Hands Date, we will always work with you to select the product you are looking for with the quickest turnaround time. How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped via Fedex or UPS. We do offer rush shipping services, if needed please contact us.
